## Intro to Excel: Graphing Names

Activities:

One of the easiest ways to collect information is to use information that is common to all of students. They all have first names, so we will use that as the information we will use to enter into the spreadsheet and create our graph.

Students will collect names of classmates and record how many letters are in each name.

Students will use that information to create a chart in Excel.

Students will enter that information into a graph.

Students will analyze the data chart and graph to answer some questions.
